Shrubs and climbers are versatile, decorative plants, ideal for creating beautiful green spaces in every season. In the catalogue of Rose Barni, specialists in growing plants and roses since 1882, you will find varieties selected for beauty, hardiness and adaptability, perfect for transforming gardens, terraces and courtyards into vibrant natural spaces: wisteria, hydrangeas, clematis, cistus, butterfly bushes, hibiscus and much more.

Why choose shrubs and climbers

Shrubs and climbers combine beauty and practicality: they create focal points in the garden, provide shelter and shade, protect privacy and attract butterflies and bees, supporting biodiversity.

The climbers are perfect for decorating pergolas, arches, fences and façades, creating green, flowering walls. The shrubs work well in borders, natural hedges or as specimen plants that enrich the landscape with decorative flowers and foliage.

The wide variety of species and colours allows you to create unique, striking combinations throughout the year.

Care and maintenance of shrubs and climbers

Most varieties are easy to grow and require little maintenance.

The climbers need stable support and selective pruning to control their growth. The shrubs, meanwhile, should be pruned regularly to maintain their shape and vigour and encourage new flowers.

Rose Barni plants stand out for their robustness, longevity and hardiness, making them ideal for those taking their first steps in gardening, too.
