Frequently Asked Questions About Orders and Shipping

What Are the Shipping Times?

Order processing times vary considerably depending on the season, as different types of products require more or less time for logistics. On our website, processing times are published and communicated in a confirmation email once the order has been placed. For specific requirements, you can send an email to info@rosebarni.it.

Can I Track My Order?

Once the courier has taken charge of the package, tracking details will be sent so that you can follow the delivery and, if necessary, provide specific instructions directly to the courier.

What happens if the courier is delayed in delivering the package? Is there a risk that the plants will be damaged?

Our packaging has been specifically designed to preserve plants inside the box. Bare-root rose bushes can remain in the box for more than two weeks. All other plants supplied in pots are carefully watered, individually bagged, and packed with the utmost care, and can be delivered even after a week. We are available to resolve any problems with the courier, should they arise.

Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?

We are fully available to provide advice and information before placing an order. However, it is possible to cancel or modify an order as long as you have not received the shipping notification email, by calling 0573380464 or sending an email to info@rosebarni.it . Once the package has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes, and the package must be accepted upon delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Our packaging is safe for transport because the plants are secured and protected against possible impacts. If the products show any problems when the package is opened, we recommend sending photographs immediately to info@rosebarni.it . Each case will be handled individually, and a solution will be found to ensure customer satisfaction.
Is it possible to return a product?
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, plants fall within the category of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (letter d); therefore, returns are not permitted for these products. It is understood that other items, such as potting soils, fertilizers, products, and accessories, may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions About Special Offers

What Are Special Offers?

Within each category of roses or ornamental plants, Rose Barni offers a range of special offers, consisting of groups of items belonging to the same type, which can be purchased together at a discounted price.

If I Order a Special Offer, Am I Guaranteed to Receive Those Products?

Due to seasonal availability, a variety included in a special offer may be sold out and replaced with another plant from the same category with characteristics similar to those of the unavailable variety.

If I Order a Special Offer, Can I Replace One or More Varieties That I Don't Like?

The composition of special offers cannot be changed, but any requirements or preferences can be communicated by sending an email to info@rosebarni.it once the order has been placed. We do our best to meet our customers' needs.

How Long Are Special Offers Valid?

The composition of special offers may change throughout the year, but they remain available at all times, unless the products are out of stock.
